Terms & Conditions
- Prices are open to acceptance up to three months from date of estimate.
- Once an estimate has been accepted, any changes or additions will be subject to a price review.
- Dates given for commencement of work are approximate only. Whilst every effort will be made to keep to a given date, work can sometimes be delayed. The client will be notified near the expected date.
- All labour carried out is guaranteed for 100 days from date of completion.
- All materials used are guaranteed as per manufactures warranty.
- Unfortunately no guarantee will be given on materials if they are not supplied by Pentland Plumbing Services Limited, unless it has been agreed beforehand. We only supply quality materials from well-known brands that we are used to dealing with.
- Pentland Plumbing Services Limited reserves the right to withdraw from site if the contract payment schedule is not adhered to. Title and ownership of the materials and equipment will not pass to the client until final payment has been made. Any materials can be recoverable by Pentland Plumbing Services in the event of non-payment. The client agrees to allow access to site for this purpose.
- By accepting the estimate given by Pentland Plumbing Services Limited the client is also accepting these Terms and Conditions.
Payment Terms
- 15% on day one of work commencement will be asked for on any work totalling £2,000 and over and the final 85% on day of completion. Payment for work totalling under £2,000 will be asked for on completion. Method of payment is by either cheque or cash, credit/debit card facilities are not available. Please make cheques payable to Pentland Plumbing Services Limited.
